Accounts Payable Coordinator

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will predominantly support Accounts Payable and Revenue tasks. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days / week in the office and offering excellent benefits. Your Impact Concur (T&E processing) Posting of invoices W-9 administration Back up and assist on payment processing Respond to emails from vendors and/or internal departments Research any invoice disputes and organize any support on central file 12 month expense rolling schedule Creation and distribution of various daily and weekly reports Processing of old overpayments based on balance due report (approving manual refunds) Other ad hocs duties as assigned Your Journey so far Fluent English (oral and written skills) Associates Degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance or Business Minimum of one (1) year experience in Accounting, Finance or Business (preferred) Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills Strong MS Excel skills (vlookup, match, pivot tables, etc) Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure Self-starter with a high energy attitude and great sense of urgency Extremely organized and detail oriented Able to work in office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days / week Your Essentials US Passport or US Permanent Resident MSC Cruises is an e-verify employer Our commitment We are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
