About the job Snr Project Scheduler Snr Project Scheduler needs 7+ years of project scheduling experience, with significant focus on large-scale construction projects Snr Project Scheduler requires: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, work packaging, and project controls Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative project environments Demonstrated ability to influence, lead discussions, and drive alignment without direct authority Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong Primavera P6 experience (must have) Exp in Power BI Experience on mega-projects, EPC, or multi-phase construction programs Exposure to cost controls, earned value management (EVM), or risk analysis Formal or informal leadership experience (team lead, mentor, or functional lead) Knowledge of contract scheduling requirements and delay/claims support Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or PMI-SP Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), 7+ years of project scheduling experience, with significant focus on large-scale construction projects, Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) Snr Project Scheduler duties; Develop, maintain, and manage detailed, fully integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 for large, complex construction projects Establish and maintain schedule logic, critical path analysis, milestones, and resource loading Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
