AEM Workfront Fusion

Role- AEM Workfront Fusion Location- Malvern, PA Type- Contract Responsibilities: Implement end-to-end integrations between Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM Sites/Assets, AEP, and downstream marketing platforms, using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based payload transformations. Build modular Workfront Fusion scenarios to orchestrate content workflows such as automated project creation from intake, asset sync between Workfront and AEM, status updates, and notification routing across tools. Design and maintain Fusion integrations with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow equivalents), CRM/marketing platforms, and internal APIs to ensure content and campaign data flows consistently across the enterprise ecosystem. Standardize integration patterns and reusable Fusion sub-scenarios (common authentication, data mapping, lookup and enrichment, user provisioning) to reduce development time and improve maintainability. Optimize performance of Workfront-AEM integrations by tuning batch sizes, leveraging metadata-first sync patterns, and minimizing unnecessary API calls, resulting in faster asset and job updates for content teams Led migration of Spring Boot application configuration from in-code/ID-based credentials to AWS Secrets Manager, implementing secure retrieval of database and PI credentials at runtime and eliminating hard-coded secrets. Refactored Spring Boot configuration to use externalized secrets (properties import, AWS SDK client, and environment-specific secret naming), enabling automated rotation and centralized management of credentials in AWS. Implemented monitoring and fallback patterns for secrets access, improving application resilience during secret rotation and reducing security risk surface across environments. Planned and executed migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bamboo to GitHub based workflows, including analysis of existing build plans, deployment projects, and environment configurations. Rebuilt pipelines as GitHub Actions (or GitHub native workflows), standardizing build, test, and deployment stages for Spring Boot services and improving pipeline maintainability and visibility for the engineering team. Consolidated repository structure and permissions during the migration, integrating branch protection rules, code reviews, and automated checks to strengthen delivery governance and release quality.
