Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to support a critical manufacturing unit startup. This role focuses on the strategic implementation of Single-Use Systems (SUS) and Incoming Materials (IM) to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness. The Role Working closely with the Strategy and Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing unit goals are delivered on time while achieving high productivity and utilization. You will lead the development and management of integrated project plans, ensuring they meet rigorous schedule quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Architecture: Develop and manage detailed SUS/IM project plans in MS Project Online, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and resource allocations. Strategic Alignment: Define project scope and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals for manufacturing materials. Governance & Reporting: Facilitate project team and steering committee meetings; prepare monthly dashboards and tracking visualizations to keep stakeholders informed. Risk Management: Manage the project Risk Register, recommending alternative strategies to keep the project within agreed thresholds or escalating to governance bodies when necessary. Methodology: Follow and apply industry-standard project management methodologies based on PMBOK. Immediate Deliverables (Within 30-60 Days) Finalize project scope and technical objectives by April 30, 2026. Develop robust, sequenced project plans including all resource mapping and critical paths. Launch the first iteration of project dashboards and tracking visualizations. salary: $92.78 - $97.78 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Marietta MSAT Project Team and the Strategy and Program Manager in project management activities to build and start up a manufacturing unit. The Project Manager supports the project team in ensuring that the strategic goals for Single Use Systems (SUS) and Incoming Materials (IM) are achieved and appropriately prioritized. The Project Manager works closely with the Strategy and Program Manager, the SUS & IM workstream lead, global functions, quality assurance, and other team members to ensure that manufacturing unit goals are delivered on time while achieving high productivity and utilization.
