Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. We proudly support both SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs with flexible schedule options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist provides high-quality evaluation, treatment, and care planning for residents with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. This role plays a key part in enhancing quality of life and supporting resident safety, independence, and clinical outcomes in a post-acute and skilled nursing setting. Key Responsibilities Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing Provide evidence-based therapy interventions aligned with resident goals and care needs Conduct bedside swallow assessments and develop dysphagia management plans Document services accurately and timely per facility and regulatory guidelines Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies, safety techniques, and therapy programs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, nursing, and medical staff Support a positive, resident-centered therapy environment What We Offer Competitive Pay: SLP CF: $45-$52/hr (DOE) Full-Time SLP: $60-$65/hr (DOE) Flexible scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN openings Supportive, collaborative rehab team Mentorship available for SLP Clinical Fellows Full-Time Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Holiday pay Retirement plan options Employee wellness and support programs Additional facility perks Qualifications Current California SLP license or eligibility SLP Clinical Fellows welcome!
