Position Summary Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking Senior Administrative Assistant with financial services exposure to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of their assigned office and Managing Director(s). Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. The hybrid work arrangement may be adjusted or altered to fill the needs of the role, including potentially working in-office for 3+ days per week. This position is hybrid out of Nashville, TN. Primary Responsibilities Manage day to day schedule and commitments of remote and/or in-office Executive(s) Provide support for pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries Maintain filing systems and other general office duties Screen calls; establish oneself as point of contact with employees as well as business network Keep calendar, schedule meetings, process expense reports, and make travel arrangements Assist with monthly client billing, timesheets, expense reports Special projects and events as needed Assisting with tax correspondence Assist with coverage for Administrative Assistants and Receptionist, as needed Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma is required along with 2+ years in a similar role Associate's degree is preferred with 3+ years in a similar role Must be incredibly detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Professional, level-headed demeanor Ability to problem solve in a variety of business situations Willing to pursue Notary Public commission (at the cost of the Firm) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and clients This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $46,000 - $53,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
