Job Title: Recruiter Assistant (Local Only) Location: Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Temp position 3-6 months Pay Rate: $24-$31/hr depending on experience Hours: 8am-5pm; Hybrid-Must work in the office 3 days a week Position Summary: Adecco Staffing is working with a local insurance company in Chattanooga who is looking for a Recruiter Assistant. This is ashort-term temporary opportunity for 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and targeted research. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current open roles and future hiring needs. Conduct market research to find qualified professionals and understand talent availability and trends. Reach out to passive and active candidates using email, phone calls, and social networking to generate interest. Develop compelling messaging that encourages responses and engagement. Deliver prompt and professional communication throughout outreach efforts. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Must have strong organization, communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills SHRM Certification preferred Interested?
