Sr. Business Analyst

Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2 Description : A leading P&C insurance provider needs a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to establish and maintain standards for systems analysis, requirements gathering, and vendor management, analyze new business system development, and improve existing business processes. This is a hybrid opportunity; qualified applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Boston and be willing and able to work onsite 4 days per week. Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst: Perform workflow analysis, create workflow diagrams, and suggest improvements to processes Establish and maintain methods and standards for broad range of operational and enterprise applications Understand current state and desired future state of various systems Perform and prepare impact analysis documentation Be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience 15+ years of software development experience including BA experience IT-driven projects 10+ years of BA experience in property and casualty insurance domains Detailed understanding of policy admin, eCommerce, billing, claims, and financial applications Understanding of various third-party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE, etc. is a must Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project with a strong emphasis on Visio
