Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop conversational AI using Dialogflow CX / CCAI. Build and tune NLP models, intents, and flows. Integrate CES with enterprise systems via APIs. Implement AI services on GCP (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub). Monitor and optimize AI performance and conversation analytics. Required Skills: Hands-on Google CES / CCAI, Dialogflow CX. Python or JavaScript. GCP and REST API integrations. Conversational AI / NLP fundamentals. Nice to Have: Vertex AI / GenAI exposure. Contact center or telecom experience. Google Cloud certification.
