Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to work in the Columbus, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance and paid time off. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll help support and improve the computer systems used by the company's Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet teams. That means you will: Help fix system issues and data problems Support employees who use purchasing and supply chain systems Test system updates before they go live Run reports and analyze data Help create simple guides and instructions for users Track issues from start to finish until they are resolved Work closely with different departments to improve processes You'll be the "go-to" person when systems aren't working properly or when teams need help understanding how to use them. Systems & Tools You'll Need Experience With Required: Maximo Purchasing modules (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts) SQL or Cognos (running reports or writing queries) Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and reporting) Preferred (Nice to Have): Ariba and EDI experience ServiceNow Jira Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet industry experience What We're Looking For Someone who can troubleshoot system and data issues Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working with different teams and leadership Clear communication skills (both written and verbal) Self-motivated but also a team player Detail-oriented and organized Education & Experience Requirements Preferred by Manager: Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 6 years of relevant experience Candidates must have hands-on systems support experience (reporting, SQL, troubleshooting, system testing, etc.).
