Sr. Project Manager

RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a leading SoCal general contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end office tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, serves as the client-facing lead, and drives business growth through industry relationships. The Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of high-end office tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as a key client-facing representative, leveraging industry relationships to win new business and expand existing partnerships. Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle, including budgets, schedules, and closeouts Oversee and mentor project teams Act as primary client contact and build strong relationships Support business development and proposals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 9+ years of GC project management experience, with focus on office TI Proven ability to manage large-scale projects Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Established CRE and construction industry relationships in LA Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
