Senior Scrum Master

Title: Senior Scrum Master / Systems Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering, computer, or technically related field. 6+ years combined experience as a Scrum Master and/or Systems Engineer. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and techniques. Highly motivated and able to work well in both team and solo settings. Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) software design principles and techniques. Responsibilities Create and track Epics, Stories, and Tasks in JIRA. Create and track dashboards and status reports in JIRA. Facilitate Release and Sprint Planning meetings for the development team. Communicate team status, issues, and roadblocks to the Chief Engineer. Engage constructively with peers and managers to communicate design approach, trade-offs, and decisions. Turn "fuzzy" requirements into detailed Concept-of-Operations (ConOps). Create system-level designs: data models, data flows, component models, logical workflows, interface specifications & flows).
