Powertrain HIL

Required Skills and Tools HIL Platforms: Hands-on experience with HIL simulation platforms such as dSPACE (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, SCALEXIO), Vector Castor, NI VeriStand/LabVIEW/TestStand. Software & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, MATLAB/Simulink, CAPL, or C/C++. Communication Protocols: Strong understanding of vehicle communication protocols, including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, UDS (ISO 14229), and XCP. Testing Tools: Familiarity with automotive testing and measurement tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, TraceTronic ECU-TEST, and PROVEtech. System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of powertrain systems (gasoline, diesel, electric motors, power electronics, batteries, charging systems) and control systems. Process Tools: Experience with requirements and configuration management tools such as IBM DOORS or GIT.
