Accounts payable coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator Temp-to-hire opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working for a collaborative, team-oriented company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention-to-detail. salary: $20 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Main Duties: Review and verify invoices and check requests Process invoices and expense reports for payment Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Process and review purchase orders and verify accuracy Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues Maintain vendor files and file processed invoices Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Assist with month end closing and support external audit Provide certain supporting documentation for audits Job Requirements: 2+ years' accounts payable experience NetSuite, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards or other Organizational and prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines with a high attention-to-detail and accuracy Experience posting AP entries to the GL is a plus, not a must Driven, dedicated and eager to continue to grow, learn new things and have a career in accounting Intermediate Excel skills Skills Invoices Accounts Receivable Audit - External Purchase Orders Expense Reports Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
