Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Process Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Process Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.Financial Process Analyst100% remotePay Range: $35-$38/hourWhat's the Job? Serve as a subject matter expert for the Order-to-Pay (O2P) process, including billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment workflows. Investigate and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and system errors across Bullhorn, PeopleSoft, and related tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve data integrity throughout the O2P cycle. Support invoicing activities, including reviewing, validating, and troubleshooting invoice discrepancies, and assist with reconciliation efforts. What's Needed? Working knowledge of the Order-to-Pay process with troubleshooting experience and root cause analysis skills. Experience working with Bullhorn and PeopleSoft systems. Ability to perform basic invoicing activities and support financial documentation. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively. What's in it for me?
