Weekend Warehouse Supervisor

Build Your Career with Ashley Furniture Weekend Warehouse Supervisor; Line Supply We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our weekend line supply operations. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer service during weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Supervise line supply warehouse associates and coordinate material flow to production lines Ensure just-in-time delivery of parts, materials, and components to manufacturing areas Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent line shortages Maintain accurate tracking of line-side inventory and work-in-process materials Collaborate with production supervisors to meet manufacturing schedules Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance in all material handling operations Optimize workflow and staging areas for maximum efficiency Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday coverage Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Who We Are At Ashley, we're more than a business...we're family.
