General Responsibilities: The Operations Supervisor position manages janitorial operations that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. Schedule: Full-time Salary work hours Flexibility needed Pay: $70,000 - $72,500 annually Specific Duties / Essential Functions: Oversee cleanroom and janitorial operations for designated customer sites. Monitor daily work hours to remain within budgetary guidelines. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with Employees. Ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment through the training and development of employees. Communicates staffing changes to Manager. Assist Manager with Conducting cleanroom and/or labs inspections to ensure employees are following procedures and client specific SOP. Supports in conducting audits for Good Documentation Process to ensure accurate completion of all logs as per client specifications. Performs routine building inspections through frequent walkthroughs. Executes all duties and responsibilities promptly and effectively, in accordance with established company policies, to achieve the objectives of the position. Assist with interviewing and hiring, as needed. Ensures the accuracy and proper submission of payroll timecards. Submit timely employee change orders, as required. Notify the Manager and CE Operations Leaders of any issues, concerns, or discrepancies encountered. Identify and resolve cleaning issues, make recommendations to management and staff, and promote continuous quality improvement to exceed customer expectations. Order and deliver supplies. Identify TAG opportunities. Assist cleaning staff with completing duties when necessary. Conduct safety training sessions with employees and support the manager in ensuring completion of Company STEP training. Enforces and promotes company culture with our DNA and Pillars in mind to ensure we are providing services the Pegasus way. Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and notify Manager of repairs needed. Maintain adherence to company guidelines regarding employee relations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. Oversee EOS compliance across teams, ensuring guidelines are followed and discrepancies are addressed. Support Leads to ensure timely completion of inspections. Collect EOS data and report as directed to leadership for review and follow-up. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Skills & Experience: 2 + years of related experience required. High school or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Must have previous experience supervising/managing a team. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Working experience using Microsoft Office software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk for extended periods across multiple job sites. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods. Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and legs, including climbing stairs, use of ladders and keeling or squatting. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management with the discretion of the Operations and Regional Managers. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment, or medical buildings, and/or other industry buildings, depending on accounts. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job regularly walks job sites. Travel: Local travel is frequent, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
