Wound Care NurseFull-time MUST HAVE LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY $2,500 Retention Bonus! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting wound assessment, formulation of a treatment plan, and recommendation of the appropriate wound dressing. Provides patient, family, and staff education regarding the prevention of pressure ulcers and therapeutic support services. Collaborates with clinical staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team to provide the patient with the highest quality and most appropriate wound care. Perform additional duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
