This role is ideal for a confident, organized leader with 5-10 years of director-level preschool experience who is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative environment for children, families, and staff. About the Role As Operations Director, you will partner with the Owner and leadership team to ensure smooth, compliant daily operations while supporting a nurturing, engaging school culture. You'll guide staff, support families, and uphold the highest standards in safety, curriculum, and customer care. You will also work alongside multiple administrative team members who provide strong daily support in running the school.
