Job DescriptionOur team is looking for is seeking an Associate IT Specialist local to Nashville, TN.This is a hands-on, operational role focused on mobile device lifecycle management, utilization auditing, and technology readiness across a growing healthcare enterprise.The key responsibilities include: Perform usage audits -Support technology readiness for expansions and newly acquired facilities-Ensure devices, carriers, and configurations are in place ahead of go-lives-Provide white-glove customer service to physicians, nurses, administrators, and hospital staff-Build strong working relationships with end usersEscalate break/fix and troubleshooting issues appropriatelyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
