This is an on-site position located in Chapin, SCDuties & Responsibilities: • Execute timely, accurate, and profitable estimates • Prepare accurate and profitable job estimates, using Xactimate/MICA/Fire N Ice/Symbility software • Develop list of materials and equipment needed for projects • Responsible for maintaining reports and providing any pertinent information including issues/challenges to District Manager • Perform other duties as required. Requirements & Skills: • Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude • Xactimate experience • MICA/Symbility/Alacrity/T&M experience a plus. • Large loss top to bottom experience • Experience writing and auditing large estimates • Experience with Water/Fire/Mold estimates • Restoration Industry knowledge • Valid Driver's License with safe driving record • Ability to pass a drug and background check. • Computer literate with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications • Detail oriented • Ability to sit for long periods at a time Rainbow Restoration provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
