Department Human Resources Job SummaryNow Hiring: Director, Human Resources Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team in Sarasota. This leadership role will plan, develop, and direct Human Resources operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and excellence. The Director will oversee key HR functions including employee relations, compensation, HRIS, regulatory compliance, and workforce strategy.
