Associate Vice President - Client Services

JOB TITLE: Associate Vice President - Client Services LOCATION OF THE JOB: PISCATAWAY, NJ JOB TYPE: FULL TIME TRAVEL: Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the US. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE: Conduct project execution in a global delivery model, client management, project & team management for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Iterative, Waterfall and AGILE - SCRUM, SAFe), commercial partner products, tools & platforms. Oversee/deliver engagements for P&C insurance industry customers. Perform project rollouts of Insurance Frontend Applications, Rating Applications, Billing, Claims and Policy Administration Systems. Work includes architecture, analysis, design, development, customization, and maintenance of applications and systems using technologies Guidewire, EIS, Exstream, SmartCOMM, AWS, C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL, APIs, etc. along with testing, application packaging and release co-ordination. Establish/manage SLA and present based technical solutions and spearhead the solution architecture for Policy, Billing and Claims administration systems implementations. Perform system study, feasibility analysis, estimations and project planning. Manage and mentor team of architects, engineers, and managers on technology, engineering, and delivery practices. Oversee proof of concept and conduct pilot engagements on new initiatives and technologies. Additionally, drive individual account-level value adds and continuous improvements, conduct employee performance reviews, develop career plans, and create training and certification plans for team members. Identify, interview, hire, and onboard new talent for various IT project needs. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic) or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
