You will work closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure our facilities' smooth operation and upkeep. BENEFITS: Free food Potential for promotions (We want you to stick around) Paid work shoes/boots every 6 months Paid time off (salaried full-time employees) Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour - based on experience Company vehicle (Paid fuel and tolls) RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and machinery Maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities, including but not limited to painting, power washing, window cleaning, and lawn maintenance Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects promptly Perform other duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Mechanical abilities Flexible schedule - must be able to work on the weekends Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Cabo Bob's is not just any burrito restaurant.
