We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including: Competitive Pay ranging from $80,000 - $85,000 per year Weekly pay w/ direct deposit 401K w/ Match Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Short Term & Long Term Disability Life Insurance Flexible Scheduling We strongly live our value of a work-life balance ResponsibilitiesProvides care as defined within the scope of practice Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the home care client's nursing needs Prepares the clients initial assessments and plan of care Completes regular supervisory visits and reassessments on clients and care providers Assists with in-service and training programs Performs skilled services such as injections, wound care, medication set up, cath care, infusions, etc. RequirementsCurrent unrestricted RN license Reliable car/auto insurance Clean background and criminal record Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff. Possess exceptional comprehensive nursing assessment skills Comply with accepted professional standards of practice. Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
