Job Description: Looking for experienced mobile SDET -Automation Engineer with strong leadership, insights on Mobile Arctecture software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing mobile test automation frameworks. He or she will be leading and designing/developing automated, solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing and performance testing that help guarantee the software quality across a wide range of mobile devices and tablets. Typically requires minimum of 5-7 years of experience. Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent degree is required Mobile SDET-Automation Engineer Autobots CFM AutoBots Software Engineer PRIMARY SKILL Automation Testing REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical field • Develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium - Java and Shell Scrpiting is MUST • Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a MUST • Selenium Test NG • Innovative approach to uncover issues during the development phase • Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features • Participate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processes • Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams • 3+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Testing • Must have experience in one of the mobile automation tools and frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) • Hands on experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch or using open-source tools • Experience working with various source code and CI/CD management tools e.g. Jenkins, Perforce, Git, Bitbucket • Ability to work with limited to no guidance in a team environment DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE - Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
