Sr. Distribution Technician - 2nd Shift

Almac Group is currently seeking a Sr. Distribution Technician for our Souderton, Pennsylvania location. The Sr. Distribution Technician is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments: • Ambient • Controlled room temperature • Cold Chain 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) With a 10% shift differential Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Pack customer orders based on customer specific protocols and their specific Distribution Instruction within Refrigerated (2-8°C) Frozen (-20°C) and Ambient (15-25°C) conditions Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution from Almac Clinical Services Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels Interact with Quality, Distribution and Logistics personnel to address quality issues Possess a thorough understanding of departmental SOPs Required Education High School Diploma or GED Required Work Experience 1+ years' experience in a distribution/warehouse environment or relevant job experience/education Preferred experience: • Pharmaceutical Experience • Shipping Experience • Data Entry Experience Additional Qualifications: Ability to work in the cold room as required What can Almac Group offer you?
