Job Description

Key Responsibilities Enter vendor bills, including performing 3way matching for purchase orders and standalone invoices. Assist with weekly payment runs, including ACH transactions, checks, international wire transfers, and vendor portal payments. Process vendor credit memos. Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations. Review employee expense reports for completeness and proper documentation. Set up and maintain vendor records within the accounting system. Maintain accurate vendor files, including updates to names, addresses, mergers, and remittance details. Monitor shared accounting inboxes for invoices and accounts payable communications. (Email addresses removed for confidentiality.) Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve account discrepancies. Scan and upload shipment documentation to company systems. Perform other accountingrelated duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or general accounting preferred.
