Summary We are representing a commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects or commercial ground-up and renovation work. This role is ideal for a detail-driven project leader who can manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and coordination in active healthcare environments or fast-paced commercial settings. The ideal candidate understands compliance requirements, communicates clearly with owners and design teams, and can lead field and office teams from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities • Manage healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) or commercial construction projects from start to finish • Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, hospital facility teams, and subcontractors • Maintain project schedules and budgets; identify risks and implement corrective actions • Oversee subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and jobsite safety requirements • Ensure ICRA, ILSM, and healthcare compliance procedures are followed when applicable • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports • Lead OAC and coordination meetings with owners and design professionals • Manage billing, forecasting, and cost tracking with accounting support • Mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field staff • Oversee closeout including punch lists, training, and final documentation Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) or commercial construction • Strong understanding of HCAI/OSHPD requirements, ICRA protocols, and hospital construction workflows • Experience managing hospital, clinic, medical office, commercial ground-up, or renovation projects • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and compliance requirements • Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore and Bluebeam • Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities • Healthcare construction training or certification (preferred but not required) Compensation + Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and PTO • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (depending on experience) • Long-term growth opportunities in healthcare or commercial construction
