Sales Fulfillment Coordinator Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Type: Contract Job #87474 APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Sales Fulfillment Coordinator Job title: Sales Fulfillment Coordinator Duration: 6 months with possible extension Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE Local onsite in Las Vegas 89119 - Hybrid - 2 days remote and 3 days onsite Hour 8-5pm Position Summary The Sales Fulfillment Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. We are looking for someone that is eager to learn and grow with this role Key Responsibilities Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, orders, and account information. Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer billing, technical, or contract?related issues with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely delivery. Identify and route potential sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives or teams. Document and maintain records of all customer communications, actions taken, and outcomes in the appropriate systems. Work cross?functionally with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and contractual requirements. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze issues and resolve problems effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in record?keeping. Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing preferred. Prefer experience with Salesforce and Oracle Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast?paced environment.
