Job description The HOA Compliance Coordinator/Driver duties include, but are not limited to: Perform scheduled community inspection drives and appropriately document compliance violations Create and disperse compliance letters within the required time frames Provide documentation of common area issues to manager for follow-up Work with homeowners regarding various issues involving compliance, violations, and improvement requests Gain thorough understanding of each community association guidelines QUALIFICATIONS Customer-service minded with the ability to work as part of a team and maintain a calm demeanor during customer interactions and peak times Excellent communication, writing skills and phone etiquette is a must Adaptable and dependable with professional demeanor and solid attendance record EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in administrative, customer service and/or related field Experience with HOA software such as Vantaca is strongly preferred Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook HS diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position consists of both driving neighborhood communities, sometimes for up to 7 hours at a time, and also being in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, and copiers. This is a full-time position that may involve evening and weekend work. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
