We seek a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee CAPEX initiatives for our Client that enhance the development, expansion, and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. Pharma industry experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects to meet business objectives. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing resources effectively. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (cGMP, FDA, EMA) and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary contact for project-related matters. Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 5-8 years of experience managing capital projects in biopharma or pharmaceuticals. Proven ability to manage large-scale CAPEX projects with budgets of $5M+. Expertise in project management tools and strong knowledge of biopharma processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification or familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Why Join Us?
