Position Overview Pivotal Point, LLC is seeking an experienced Information Technologist I - Site Leader to serve as the on-site lead for a 16-person IT support team at the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (USAFCoE) G-6, Fort Sill, OK. This role combines hands-on desktop/client support (IMO) with day-to-day leadership, government interface, and contract execution responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Contract Support Serve as the on-site Site Leader and primary point of contact between the Government COR and contractor staff for all PWS-related services. Provide daily leadership, direction, and tasking to IMOs, web developers, AV staff, and LMS specialists to meet PWS performance standards and timelines. Support contract administration and management activities, including attending required meetings, conferences, and in-progress reviews with Government stakeholders. Help maintain clear organizational lines of authority and ensure continuity between on-site operations and Pivotal Point corporate management. Monitor staffing levels and qualifications; support recruiting, onboarding, and backfill efforts to maintain 100% staffing and timely replacement of vacancies. Ensure compliance with standards of conduct, security requirements, and applicable Army/DOD policies for all contractor personnel. Technical / IMO Duties Provide hands-on client support for users in a Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Access). Support users on Microsoft Windows network operating systems in a Microsoft Intune environment, including device enrollment and policy compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues on-site and remotely, including PC imaging, connectivity, remote printer setup, and automated email systems. Implement basic systems security (password management, user/group accounts, file permission attributes). Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems quickly, including from remote locations, and address LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity issues. Document incidents and work orders in the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) or other government systems. Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users at all levels of the organization. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field; OR 3+ years of related experience in desktop support or network administration. At least 2 years of client support experience in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune in a Windows networked environment. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop/user issues, including imaging, connectivity, printers, and email. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity and advanced knowledge of TCP/IP. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English and produce office documents using Microsoft 365 at an intermediate level. Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership or lead/shift-lead experience in an IT support or help desk environment, preferably supporting Army or DoD customers. Current Computing Environment (CE) training/certifications for supported operating systems and security tools, maintained throughout contract performance. Familiarity with Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
