Job DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Asst. Coordinator, Visual Production - Aerie REPORTS TO: Manager, Visual Production - Aerie SUPERVISES: N/A GRADE: - POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting store teams with documentation to build and maintain seasonal floorsets based on key business objectives and visual brand guidelines. With a sense of ownership & keen attention to detail, you will create visual merchandising & marketing communication deliverables for multiple store designs & assortment deviations for the Aerie or OFFLINE brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create documentation for store teams including, but not limited to, floorset/window documents, in-season weekly communication, seasonal floorset tools and/or other ad hoc communication content for the Aerie and/or OFFLINE brand. Floorset/Window Documents: Coordinate with cross-functional partners (merchants, visual merchandisers, visual creative, print marketing, lab team, etc.) to gather data & direction for all assigned documentation for store designs and assortment deviations for the Aerie and/or OFFLINE brand. Prepare fixture overview prior to store walkthrough. Take detailed notes during walkthrough & discuss season-specific assets for documentation with manager. Drive photography process to completion during scheduled time in lab space. Photograph fixtures, walls, details and bustforms in lab store using a DSLR camera. Download, organize, edit and archive all photos. Create & post overview photography documents. Enter information from interior, creative and bustform writeups into documentation. Coordinate with manager & creative coordinator for any how-to needs. Ensure all writeup information is received per documentation standards. Follow up with appropriate business partners to receive missing information. Modify documentation for product delivery updates & shifting business needs as directed. Audit own work for consistency in formatting and accuracy in content and flow. Identify areas of concern/problems in a timely manner & escalate properly. Prepare documentation for review by business partners (both an initial and final review). Evaluate review comments and use knowledge of content to research solutions and then make applicable updates. Post all documentation/communication for stores by deadline on Zipline. Floorset Tools (marketing lists, product guides, reference guides): Reformat business partner content for consistency, send for review and post for store teams. Assist with Mapped Asset image processing, collection and posting. Assist with photography & creation of Floorset Signoff decks. Assist with seasonal preparation & archiving Asset library creation (marketing, images, digital builds) Zipline Hub creation and maintenance Google Site posting, maintenance and archiving Assist with training & special projects as needed. Travel as needed for store visits & brand events. QUALIFICATIONS 0-3 years of experience in retail stores, marketing, visual merchandising or visual communication, preferred. Experience working in a hybrid/remote environment, preferred. Proficient in Adobe Software and Google Workspace, including Drive for Desktop. Proficient in DSLR photography & photo editing. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Collaborative, solution-oriented, innovative, positive team player with high standards and a strong work ethic. Flexible and agile approach, able to balance competing priorities. Ability to manage self to establish an efficient workflow to complete all tasks as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Communication, Fashion Merchandising or related business field, preferred.
