POSITION ServiceNow Scrum Master LOCATION West Palm Beach, FL- 100% Onsite DURATION 12 + Months PAY RATE INTERVIEW TYPE VISA RESTRICTIONS Must be able to convert perm without sponsorship REQUIRED SKILLS Looking for a Scrum Master to organize and facilitate release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story refining sessions, and related activities Experience in Service Now Products / managing Service Now Development initiatives Act as a coach and mentor to the team, ensuring they understand and adhere to Agile principles and practices. Help them in adopting Scrum practices and resolving conflicts within the team. Facilitate Agile practices and frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean, when appropriate. Lead the team to understand and adopt these practices to continuously improve their effectiveness.
