Summary of Job Description: The Learning and Development Trainer position is key to enhancing our Operations and Support Center associates' skills through engaging training programs, seminars, and conferences. This role not only facilitates GO classes but also plays a vital part in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback on GO participant performance to foster growth and improvement. Job Responsibilities: Deliver impactful training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. You will present training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes while integrating current learning trends and techniques into our Learning and Development offerings. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs utilizing participant feedback and other assessment methods to ensure course content is comprehensible and applicable. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and formats to present course information, ensuring that all participants can easily understand and absorb the material. Assess GO participant performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching throughout the duration of the course as well as at its conclusion. Work Location: Must reside in or around Dallas, Texas. Your Background & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or a related field. At least three years of experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a retail or hospitality operations setting. Experience as an Operations Team Leader may also be considered. Successful completion of initial and ongoing required training. Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment. Pay Range: $72,500 - $101,500 Individual pay within this range is determined based on various factors, such as work location and experience. #LI-Remote
