KPMG is currently seeking a Director of Finance Transformation in Financial Management for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Leverage your operational and financial expertise to identify and address complex client challenges while developing effective solutions. Lead advisory teams in solving intricate strategic and tactical issues, requiring exceptional quantitative analysis skills. Manage multiple client service delivery teams, ensuring compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards throughout project execution. Engage in business development activities, including identifying potential projects, developing proposals, and pursuing opportunities with both current and prospective clients, collaborating with relevant KPMG resources from other service lines. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and active participation in professional networks. Enhance client relationships and cultivate your reputation as a thought leader in the industry. Contribute to the development of methodologies and intellectual capital, including authoring articles, whitepapers, and leading training initiatives. Qualifications: A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly managing systems and product implementations in a consulting environment; with at least five years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials, Procurement, or Cloud ERP Implementation. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field from an accredited institution; a Master's of Business Administration and CPA or equivalent advanced credential are preferred. Strong knowledge of business processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. Willingness to travel as necessary. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
