Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations across business units, ensuring client account responsibilities are met. Manage and cultivate client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Take charge of profit and loss responsibilities, including budgeting and process improvement initiatives. Conduct thorough budget analyses and facilitate effective coordination among clients and team members. Establish and execute strategic plans and objectives for business units. Lead the development of RFPs and proposals for new business opportunities. Monitor operational success through objective performance reviews. Guide multiple departments, ensuring seamless activity management through your teams. Build and maintain relationships with key state and local government officials. Evaluate the effectiveness of current and new project initiatives. Collaborate closely with clients and project staff to innovate and enhance service delivery. Support the Health Central team with program management operations. Assess resource requirements to meet project milestones efficiently. Standardize deliverables for strategy teams to achieve performance metrics. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in outsourcing is a plus. Proven track record in managing a large portfolio of complex projects. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Expertise in high-level strategy development within departments. Ability to positively influence executive management decisions. Knowledge of government programs and organizational objectives. Skilled in negotiating satisfactory outcomes with clients. Deep understanding of the U.S. Health and Human Services market. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project. 10+ years of experience in government contracting and program management. Home Office Requirements: Company-issued computer equipment and cell phone will be provided. Reliable high-speed internet service is required: Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds (50 Mbps for shared connections). Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds. A private and secure workspace is essential.
