Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Orlando, FLCENCO Claims is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to manage residential and commercial property claims across Orlando and Central Florida. This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and dedicated support from our experienced claims team.Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site inspections and assess property damage caused by wind, water, hail, and other covered perils. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate. Capture clear, high-quality photos and compile thorough inspection reports. Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives. Submit complete and timely claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines. Requirements: Proficiency in Xactimate (Symbility experience a plus). Solid understanding of property damage assessment and repair methods. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Active Florida or designated home state adjuster license.
