Client Account Specialist

As a Client Account Specialist, you will play a crucial part in managing rental accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and driving account success. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, promoting new products, ensuring account performance, completing deliveries, and managing early-stage collections. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts, fostering strong relationships. Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) and achieve collection targets consistently. Maintain account health and enforce payment commitments using management tools. Complete daily routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups. Provide exceptional service in-store, via phone, and at customers’ residences. Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise. Ensure showroom standards and maintain company vehicles. Follow all safety and operational protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and focus on customer service. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items. Ability to drive a box truck. Willingness to stand and drive for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
