Social Media & Digital Content Manager

Change Me Foundation Inc. is seeking a Volunteer Social Media & Digital Content Manager to support our mission of educating, advocating, and empowering individuals and families impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, and social inequities. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Promote organizational programs, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives Support storytelling by highlighting community impact, testimonials, and organizational milestones Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and digital outreach strategies Assist with content calendars and campaign planning Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow reach and audience engagement Qualifications Interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or communications Strong written communication and creative storytelling skills Familiarity with Canva, social media scheduling tools, or similar platforms is a plus but not required Passion for nonprofit work, mental health awareness, and community engagement Ability to work independently while learning and collaborating with a supportive team Additional Details Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week Location: Remote, with optional hybrid collaboration for South Florida–based volunteers Schedule: Flexible and supportive of school or early-career schedules This role offers real-world experience, portfolio-worthy work, mentorship, and exposure to nonprofit leadership, making it a great opportunity for those looking to grow professionally while contributing to positive social change.
