This role is all about delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships that grow year after year. What You Will Bring to the Team: Warmly greet clients and answer calls with a friendly and welcoming approach. Connect clients with the most suitable tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Ensure that all client needs are addressed throughout the service experience, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment alongside team members. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. Your Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced work environment. Background in customer service. Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office. It’s a plus if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work varied schedules and locations. Sales or marketing experience.
