QA Lead/ Mobile/ Startup Environment

This fast-growing, well-funded startup is building a platform designed to enhance every aspect of attending live events. Backed by significant private investment and strong industry connections, they are positioned for rapid growth and long-term impact. They are searching for a QA Lead/Manager to build and own their entire quality assurance function. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you will design and implement QA processes from the ground up, covering both manual and automated testing for mobile applications. You will play a critical role in shaping product quality, scalability, and user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in startup environments, is passionate about product ownership, and is excited to make a significant impact by establishing best-in-class QA practices. This role is on-site in Hazlet, NJ. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of QA experience, including experience in a Lead or Manager capacity Experience working in a startup environment or building QA processes from scratch Mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android) Experience testing consumer-facing (B2C) products Familiarity with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks What You Will Be Doing Build, implement, and continuously improve the company's end-to-end QA strategy and processes Establish testing standards, documentation practices, and quality benchmark Lead manual and automated testing efforts across web and mobile applications Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure high-quality release Mentor future QA hires as the team scales The Offer You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Savings Plan Continuing Education Opportunities Generous PTO Employee Discounts Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
