This strategic position is essential for ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and government regulations. The ideal candidate will actively develop quality objectives, construct strategic action plans, and implement robust audit protocols. You will set the standard for quality within the clinical organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional leadership will be key, as you will act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies concerning CQA matters. Additional responsibilities include managing the CQA budget and resources effectively. To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of GCP CQA experience in pharmaceuticals and 5 years in a senior leadership role is required. Expertise in QMS and compliance systems, along with a thorough understanding of domestic and international regulatory guidelines, is essential.
