Apply now! Responsibilities: Successfully lead a service operation after completing our paid training program. Encourage and motivate the service team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service with safety as a priority. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and coworkers. Assist in recruiting exceptional talent for the service team. Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management. Facilitate training meetings. Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and effective communication. Promote innovation by encouraging the team to adopt new products, services, and technologies. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license is a must. Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company paid). Capable of working independently in the field while engaging with our valued clients. Work Environment: Candidates must be physically able to perform the job duties safely, with or without accommodations: Safely utilize a ladder that meets the manufacturer's weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, including climbing and balancing. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator. Be willing to work in various weather conditions.
