Job Description Join Our Team as a Certified X-Ray Tech Radiology / Cardiology - Level 1 Trauma Center Opportunity Are you a skilled Radiology / Cardiology X-Ray Technician looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, top-tier medical environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Level 1 trauma center, renowned for its comprehensive care and state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, you will perform high-quality radiologic procedures, including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, ER, OR, and trauma imaging, utilizing GE and Siemens equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient diagnosis and care in a hospital with over 700 inpatient beds, supporting more than 30 ORs, 6 ICUs, and a busy 70+ bed ER. This position offers a unique opportunity for first-time travelers and experienced techs alike to thrive in a dynamic environment. Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of radiologic imaging experience Proficiency in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax imaging Experience in ER, OR, Level 1 Trauma imaging, Surgery/C-Arm procedures Certification: ARRT and BLS required; State license pending acceptable with ETA of 2 weeks Ability to operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma center Experience with inpatient and high-acuity imaging Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in trauma and surgical settings Other Requirements: Shift: Friday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Shift Length: 12 hours per day Start Date: April 6, 2026 Call-in policy applies, with make-up shifts or addition at contract end Willingness to travel, with licensure and certification reimbursements available as applicable Enjoy competitive pay at $54.12 per hour, coupled with comprehensive benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and more.
