We are looking for experienced professionals who can provide verifiable references and work confidently and independently.This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.About the OpportunityAs a contracted cleaning professional, you will provide residential and small office cleaning services to clients secured and scheduled by Squeaky Clean NEO. We handle marketing, client communication, and scheduling coordination — allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service.What We’re Looking For• Minimum 2 years professional residential or office cleaning experience • At least two verifiable professional references (required) • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Reliable transportation • Professional communication and presentation • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in pet-friendly homes • Ability to pass background screeningContractor Expectations• Maintain professional standards and reliability • Communicate clearly regarding service scope or concerns • Provide agreed-upon equipment and supplies (details discussed during onboarding) • Carry any required insurance as discussedCompensation & Perks• Competitive payout structure • Experienced contractors earn $30/hour equivalent minimum • Weekly pay • Consistent work opportunities based on availability and performance • Work with a company that values integrity, community impact, and professionalismAbout Squeaky Clean NEOWe are proud to be family-owned and deeply rooted in our local community.
