At Rytech you get a unique opportunity to work with Franchises across the country, third-party administrators, and carriers to create a seamless experience.If you love building relationships and creating quality results, Rytech is the place for you!Job Summary A Water Mitigation Technician is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, New referrals, and existing, as well as customer and manager communications to accomplish theirduties.ResponsibilitiesBe available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hoursCommunicate daily with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS ManagerMaintaining a company-issued vehicleFleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Consumables, vehicle maintenanceMaintain a daily update of all files in the MICA appBe available 24/7 when working on-call rotationCommunicate daily with customers/Insurance personnelQualificationsRestoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience a plusExperience working with Insurance claims is a plusExcellent communication and customer service skillsWilling to travel in times of needCAT situationsHelping other AreasMust be knowledgeable of Ipad featuresMust be able to listen and follow directionsMust be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contentsIICRC Certifications a plus (WRT/ASD)This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
