This includes end-to-end permitting processes and proactive risk management to prevent project delays. The ideal candidate will have 8-15+ years of experience in operations management, procurement, or related fields, and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline. Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as is technical proficiency in supply chain management, CRM, and project management tools.
