This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist with expertise in Neuro and Orthopedics, including trauma and total joint procedures. The position focuses on providing skilled support in a Same Day Surgery Center setting, covering a range of specialties such as urology and orthopedic trauma. Candidates must have current NBSTSA or NCCT certification, as well as active BLS credentials. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in surgical technology with Neuro and Orthopedics (totals and trauma). Proficiency with Epic and DaVinci systems. Experience supporting total joint and urology cases. Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Location: Situated in the vibrant Saint Paul, MN area, this role supports surgical centers in Burnsville, Shakopee, St. Louis Park, and Maple Grove. Responsibilities: Provide sterile surgical support for multiple procedures including neuro, orthopedic trauma, and urology cases. Assist the surgical team in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment. Manage surgical instruments and equipment with precision. Collaborate across multiple same-day surgery centers as required. Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours each. 32-40 hours per week during regular weeks. 24-32 hours per week during holiday weeks. No weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts required. Additional Details: Contract position. Floating as needed among several local surgical centers. Return to office (RTO) expectations within 7 days.
